Use it Up!

We are entering a new era that will require all of us to remember the recession of the 1930s.  We would all be way ahead if we started using up and recycling items instead of throwing them away and replacing them.

Making quilts fits right into this new mindset we need to re-adopt.  Take a class, finish quilts that have been started (UFOs), join a guild and learn about other quilters’ tips.  We all need to keep our art going in rough times so recycle, use-it-up, fix it, finish it, make-do but most of all have fun and achieve a feeling of accomplishment.
