Here at Wild Thymes Pattern Company, it is all about 100% wool! We offer hand-dyed felted wool and off-the-bolt commercially dyed felted wool. Our wool can be purchased in a variety of ways: hand-dyed bundles, fat-quarters, off-the-bolt bundles or as yardage. We also welcome custom wool orders, so if you want something that is not offered on the website, please feel free to call us at 406-586-1235.
Our Hand-dyed woolens can be ordered in two ways:
Option #1 - By the Bundle: A "bundle" is 4 different pieces. Each piece is 7"X9" and a different shade of one colorway. For example, if you order a bundle of red, you will get 4 different hand-dyed reds. The cost is $16 per bundle.

Option #2: You can purchase hand-dyed wool by the "fat-quarter", 18" X 25" for $22 or by the ½ yard, 18" X 50" for $30.

*Our hand-dyed bundles are just that - hand-dyed. There will always be some discrepancies in the coloration and the textured pieces in our bundles. It is almost impossible to get the exact colors over and over. If you have a piece you want or need more of, you must send us a swatch of the wool and we will do our best to match it.
OTB refers to the way the wool comes from the manufacturer. It is commercially dyed and right "off-the-bolt"; however, we have felted it for you so it is ready to use. Our OTB wool can be ordered in two ways:
Option #1 - By the Bundle: Our OTB bundles sell for $22 and contain 6 different pieces, 10"X12" each, from one colorway. Our Charm Packs sell for $12 and contain 10 different seasonal colors, 4 1/2" square each.

Option #2 - By the Yard: The OTB woolens are also available by the yard and may be purchased by calling us at 406-586-1235. Yardage will not be felted unless you request it.
